This 9-story condo building is located off of Central Park North in Harlem, with a total of (20) 2BR unit with a tenant community room and common courtyard on the second floor, and a medical office on the first floor.

This 5 story design build project is located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York. The bottom floor is occupied by a church, and the residential floors above have 1 through unit per floor.

Located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, this 6-story, 23- (1) bedroom unit building is moderate income housing for seniors. The challenge of this project was to assemble the maximum possible floor areas from both air rights and zoning allowances to meet the client’s requirement for apartments for senior citizens.

This 6-story rental building is located in the Washington Heights area of Manhattan, bringing a variety of studio, 1BR and 2BR unit types to the neighborhood.

Harlem I is a cluster of four sites that was developed by La Cite Development – two sites were renovations of existing buildings and two were new construction. 

This new design-build project is located in Harlem, just north of Central Park, at 51 St. Nicholas Avenue. The building has floor-through residential units, with commercial and community spaces on the lower levels.
