This 9-story condo building is located off of Central Park North in Harlem, with a total of (20) 2BR unit with a tenant community room and common courtyard on the second floor, and a medical office on the first floor.

The project is slated to receive LEED-Gold certification and is going through NYSERDA’s New Construction Program and will receive an Energy Star Rating. The building will be energy efficient, with insulation exceeding what is required by energy code, energy efficient windows and roofing, and an efficient split system providing both heating and cooling to the tenants. The building will bring a modern aesthetic to the area with a panelized facade and fully glazed setback facades and is anticipated to be completed in December 2014.
