366 E 154th St is a 5 story building with 20 units, 1186 Washington Avenue is a 6 story building with 23 units, 1254 Morris Avenue is a 5 story building with 12 units, and 1134 College Avenue is 5 story building with 11 units.
The design work commenced in 2007, with construction starting shortly thereafter. The buildings were completed in 2010 and final C of O was received in late 2011.
