2367 Frederick Douglass Boulevard
This building, located at 126th St and Fifth Ave in Manhattan, was developed through HPD’s TIL program. The gut renovation included boiler and roof replacements, a new elevator, façade work, interior insulation work, and ground floor concrete work.
In addition, our firm developed the 208-seat restaurant located at the 1st floor, Harlem BBQ.
The 6 story building has 40 units and received its final C of O in 2011.
