These four buildings, located near Crotona Park in the Bronx, are moderate to gut rehab, multifamily, walk-up buildings. They are currently in schematic design.
There are a total of 65 units in an array of types. The scopes of the building include new boilers, new electrical, new kitchens and baths, amongst other items. An emphasis is being places on energy efficiency; the project is participating in NYSERDA’s Multifamily Performance Program.
