Stamtisch Cluster
This cluster is composed of 7 buildings; 6 gut rehabs, and 1 new construction building. They are all located in the Ridgewood-Bushwick portion of Brooklyn, and will provide 36 units of affordable housing in the area. The project is slated for closing in March 2013.
The scope on the buildings include new boilers, new electrical, new kitchens and baths as well as a focus on building tight, energy efficient buildings, especially on the 2 frame buildings included in the cluster.
