Harlem I
Harlem I is a cluster of four sites that was developed by La Cite Development – two sites were renovations of existing buildings and two were new construction. PMA worked on the two new construction jobs, located at 110 W 127 Street and 143 W 123rd Street; these four story buildings have 2 duplex units each.
