Benares Restaurant
This recently completed restaurant is located in downtown Manhattan, at 45 Murray Street. The space has a landmarked facade, and spans two levels. The challenges here were to work with existing locations of plumbing, as well as existing stairs and ceiling heights to provide a contemporary space that seamlessly flows over two levels. On this job, PM Architecture served as lead architect, provided engineering support, and provided construction management services to ensure timely completion.
